• How long does it take to get a new size ring?

  It will take about the same amount of time as it took to receive your first ring. Or about 6 to 9 days when you submit the online form.

• Will the ring exchange policy start before or after the ship date?

  The 120-day ring exchange policy starts when you receive your ring which is when the tracking number shows delivered. 

• Can I exchange my ring for a different width?

  If your desired ring is available in different widths, you can effortlessly exchange it for the alternative width, thanks to our 120-day resizing/exchange policy. Simply include a note in your package indicating the width switch you'd like, and we'll take care of the rest.

• I am a Canadian customer. Do I still fill out the online form?

  The online return/exchange form is for all customers no matter the country.
