The 120-day ring exchange/resizing and 90-day return periods will start when you receive your ring. They will reset again on your wedding day.
If you do not have an upcoming wedding, then our 90-day return, free resizing, and lifetime warranty will start when you receive the ring.
Are there any fees or extra costs for ring exchanges/resizing?
No, all we ask is for you to pay the shipping to send it back. For U.S. customers, it is usually under $5.00 if you use USPS First Class Mail.
What happens if my ring does not fit in a few years?
If your ring needs to be resized after 120 days (this is rare), a deductible of $30.00 will allow you to exchange your ring for a new size. Most of our rings are made of alternative metals, which means they cannot be resized. For this reason, we will send you a brand-new ring. You can send your ring in for a new size as many times as you want.
