The Warranty Policy - Year 1

In the rare event that your ring becomes damaged in any way, we will replace it for free in the first year. Just pay for shipping to send it back.

The Warranty Policy - Year 2+

After a year we ask all customers to pay a small deductible of $45.00. This will provide you with a brand new ring. If it's over a year for you please send your ring back by following the directions above. Once we receive your ring we will send you an invoice to your email.

Warranty Wedding Policy Extension
The first year of the warranty will start on the day of your wedding that's if you purchased this ring as a wedding ring. To verify your wedding day we ask all customers to send 2 invoices/receipts from your wedding. Receipts such as, wedding venue, DJ, Wedding cake, etc will work. These receipts would need to show the vendors name, phone number, your name, and wedding date. You can send all documents with your ring or you can email them to us.
